During my recent visit at Golden State Nissan I was provided excellent customer service by Service Advisor Mr Sunny Yu. Mr. Yu was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and had a good attitude.

I bought 2 Nissan Versa 6-7 years ago from this dealership. Now, its time for me to upgrade my regular car to my first SUV. The sales agent, Sam was amazing. He never gave up until we met our demands. He has a lot of patience and that’s one of the reason why I still prefer to buy a Nissan brand.

Everyone at Nissan of Serramonte was friendly and professional. When I arrived, the car I was interested in was waiting. I took it for a test drive and loved it. They gave me a great price, my loan was approved, signed the paper work and was out in a few hours with my fabulous car.

It was a very comfortable setting. They greeted me with smiles at the door and gave me 10 out of 10 customer service! One thing I noticed is that it was very warm and friendly and I love a comfortable atmosphere! They offered me water, let me know all the great dreams and services they had to offer and were a big help from beginning to end! This was the best service I’ve ever received at a dealership in a long time. Definitely recommending to friends and family.

Marcus was a great help. He immediately came to my assistance the moment I parked my car, making my Nissan experience quick and smooth. He also wasted no time by asking what I need repaired, what is recommended, and what should be repaired that day. I went to get an oil change for the 1st time on my car. They changed the oil, rotated my tires, detailed the car while I stayed inside looking at the news and snacking. Good place.

It exceeded my expectations. Got a complimentary filter due to fires, oil change, tire rotation. They also did a multipoint inspection and car wash. I also liked the waiting room and complimentary latte. It was a pleasant experience and my car looks brand new!

I purchased a brand new 2020 Nissan Versa, the sales Rep Mayenci in particular was a pleasure to work with. They were very courteous, patient, and remained in communication with us about our options for almost a week. At one point we had a better offer at another Nissan dealer and Golden State Nissan was willing to negotiate with us and even beat the counter offer. We were very excited to come off the lot with a brand new car, color, and interior that we wanted!Very glad that we chose to do business here and at least for us, was a very positive experience overall.

Previously, that Nissan dealer's service department had a bad reputation, didn't treat customers as if they cared much for them or their cars. I was advised by another Rogue Sport owner not to go there and to go to Burlingame instead. But I went and am glad I did. (I texted him to let him know of my great experience and the new ownership). Everybody was pleasant and professional and seemed to like their jobs. It always shines through when they don't!

Took my car in for a recall regarding the ABS. Since the process was going to take 4 hours they offered to call a Lyft to take me to the mall so as not to feel stuck at the dealership. I really appreciated the offer. The staff was courteous and professional, the waiting area was very clean and allowed for social distancing. Everyone wore a mask. Free coffee was available and a Netflix movie was playing on the tv. I had brought a personal device to use while I waited. I was very comfortable.

Had my first dealership appointment with Claudio on Tuesday 5/5/20. Very professional intake with excellent communications concerning time, customers conveniences, movies, and maintenance repairs updates. He and his co-workers were very amicable. Extremely difficult to find professional workers like this with the health issues we are all experiencing. Thank you Golden State Nissan.

Businesses are represented by individuals, and occasionally certain individuals behave in the manner that harms the company's reputation. I am satisfied the actions/behavior of this one individual is no indicative of the company's culture and customer service philosophy. UPDATE: kudos to Wise Auto Group management for rectifying this issue and delivering what I was promised. They worked to resolve this issue and uphold the terms under which I purchased my vehicle. Once I reached the right person, he worked quickly to resolve the issue. The service department, which installed the new wires, was wonderful. All staff I spoke with to get this issue resolved were courteous and demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service.

The issue I had with the sales agent not wearing a face covering inside the Nissan Dealership, was resolved in the following manner: I received an apology email from the ownership, and a direct call from the manager who expressed contrition over the incident and agent's unfortunate behavior. He also provided details of the specific actions taken to remedy the problem. I was impressed with his sincerity regarding the importance of handing the incident justly. Businesses are represented by individuals, and occasionally certain individuals behave in the manner that harms the company's reputation. I am satisfied the actions/behavior of this one individual is no indicative of the company's culture and customer service philosophy. I would therefore not hesitate to recommend Golden Gate Nissan as a reputable dealership that will make the necessary effort to support customer needs.
